Looks a bit order starved and your lack of Kuang Sheep is disturbing, apart from that looks good enough.

Yeah those BH do not contribute to your order pool and no reason to double up on the snipers. The Crane is an awesome model, but he is better in his non LT forms.

I would downgrade a ABH Sniper to Combi or BS. Use the spare 0.5 SWC to attach a Kuang Shi Control Device to the Celestial. Spare 5 pts into a Kuang Shi or WarCor.

Then you can pull some Smoke+MSV2 with the Bao, protect the Crane or create safe zones for the Garuda to come in.

Wouldn't worry about regular order shortage that's what Command tokens are for.
