So, while researching warbands for inclusion in our new campaign, I asked around a few sites about people's opinion on the Elven warbands. The response that I got was universally negative, with the general consensus being that there's no such thing as a balanced Elven warband. Taking this as a challenge, I've started working on drafting out a High Elf, Dark Elf, and Wood Elf warband list that is balanced against the content found in the Core Book/Empire in Flames (and that will hopefully fit into the lore of the setting as well).
The first of these that I've put together is the High Elven warband list, "Seekers of Hoeth," which I've attached. This is in its early stages, but I'd really appreciate it if you guys would give it a once over and offer any comments or suggestions that you have.

One question, does it use ASF?

No. The Leader can ignore the Strikes Last rule on double-handed weapons, but does not have ASF (still beaten by chargers). The Swordmasterish henchmen can choose to use their Double-handed weapons as halberds to get around Strikes Last, but again, no ASF.

I've drafted a Dark Elf list as well, the Corsair Raiders.

Mercy of Isha is too strong, maybe 1x per game.
Swordmaster is the Leader or Lord, correct?
WS 5 is up there. What WS does a Vampire start at?
Do they ever hire on outside mercenaries?

Mercy of Isha is a direct copy of a Sisters of Sigmar skill. I'll keep an eye on it.
I will add their Hired Swords list in the next update.
