Can somebody please look over my list for Necrons and offer any adjustments, getting used to the new dex with a view of maybe entering a few tournaments

Plan is to run the tomb blades up the flanks and pick off lightly armoured vehicles

Ghost arks to keep warrior numbers bumped up to offer protection on objectives

Immortals to be deployed where needed

This is my 1st play with formations so I'm happy to listen to advice and any help offered I am thankful for

The basic idea is fine. How many models in each unit are you running?

I would switch the Immortals to Gauss Blaster personally. It's more shots at close range.

The warrior squads were minimum so 10ea

Tomb blades were 2 squads of 3

Immortals were just a squad of 5 with the warlord apart hopefully they can be slightly more survivable

It's a fine list man. Don't expect too much out of the Tomb blades for tank killing though.
Also, I'd recommend throwing in Nemesor Zandrekh rather than a regular overlord for your list. Your overlord isn't going to be doing much with all those upgrades so I'd say Zandrekh would be much better for the awesome abilities he now brings to the table. It should work out to similar point costs too. But that's just my opinion.
