If you're in an Unbound tournament, there is absolutely no possible way this list will win. You will be facing all manner if Unbound BS, including all-Riptide lists.
I would recommend not playing in this tournament. Unbound is regarded as illegal for a reason.

Unhelpful advice... Now imagine I was playing in an area where very few individuals actually go out of there way to buy entire riptide armies; any advice for more "friendly" tournaments? I'm looking for more criticism on the actual list, than that of what event I'm attending.

For some reason the lone burgle spawn bothers me. It seems like a filler to finish off the last of the points. If that was it i would recommend making the spawn units 3 and 3 or drop the single for warp flame on the rhino and a stubbed on both cultists. I recommend the stubbed if you plan on holding the cultists behind the D-Line. If you are running the cultists don't take the stubber as the heavy might keep the others back. I like the dual drakes and I don't. My reason for not liking it is with the mayhem pack that puts 1/3 of your points off the board for a 1+ rounds. Maybe Drop the second drake and give MoN to the CSM or at least one to help hold objectives.

My only other bad feeling about the list is ranged AP. The vindicators will work once they are up but I feel you might lose one on the way up into range. Maybe the second drake could be swapped for a couple Oblits. Run them as solo's since its unbound that way you don't have to worry about leadership checks.

Other than that the list is solid and wouldn't take much to make it "legal" for other tournaments.

If its unbound why are you still taking crappy troops? Makes no sense to me. There are so may better things

Other than the lord bodyguard, the spawn can be broken up onto MSU. One spawn means a shooty unit will waste shots killing it
