So, looking at how many copies of each card come with a ship, and how I'd like to run some lists, it certainly seems like some cards just don't have as many copies as would be nice.

If FFG were to release a pack of, say, 5 upgrade cards, what would you want in it?

I don't have enough Veteran Instincts. I really like it, especially with Whisper and Echo in as many lists as they are.

Engine upgrade. Certainly want more of that.

I could do with another Predator.

Those're the main ones with me.

For me, needing more predator is a big one. Extra stealth devices as well.

I can't really think of any upgrades right now I'd like more of save Proximity Mine (and that is something I will never play regularly), but even that one will be remedied soon between Firespray reprints, and the IG-2000.

Engine upgrade.

I'm not interested in flying the Millennium Falcon in a game (turrets are boring), and I'm not willing to buy one just for the cards. It's a pain that some cards key cards only come in certain ship packs...

I have the feeling 'autothrusters' will make this list soon enough...

I'd like to throw a wildcard into the ring and say... the humble little R2 units. I've found good reasons to use them on Y-Wings, X-Wings and even E-Wings.

Agreed on both accounts (although I do have enough R2 units)

Agreed on Engine Upgrade.

Stealth Device is only in the Slave 1 box but it's mostly only Imperial Players who want it, Veteran Instincts is in both the Slave 1 and Millenium Falcon box, and Push the Limit is in both the A-wing and the Imperial Aces box.

Proton Rockets only being in the Aces box is irksome for a TIE Advanced devotee but they're not the be-all and end-all.

By comparison, there are several ships that like engine upgrades, and two Imperial ships - the shuttle and the defender - that really, really need engine upgrades to make the most of their potential, and it does bug me that I can't get them without buying an expensive rebel-only supplement.

Do you really need a card per ship? The card just tells you the rules. I don't see why I would need 4 PTL cards for 4 interceptors.

Never seem to have enough PTL, even though it comes in many things its just such a good go to EPT. I like predator but my regular opponent who uses my stuff does not so I get to use all of my limited stock.

That's what I mean though, what's "enough"? If I have the PTL card, that has all the information I need to know the points cost and what the ability does, right? So shouldn't I just need one?

If you're like me, you tend to forget what you have without a card on the table next to the ship.

Everyone's suggestions are great. I'd add anything usable on small and large ships that came with an epic ship, if possible, I'd like it to include pilots and tokens for those pilots.

Im a tournament player and you NEED every card on the table in your list. and one of each card, no ships can share an upgrade card.

For friendly games I'm considering making a token sheet for my most commonly used upgrades & just having the card on the sidebar with the damage deck that should resolve this problem & extend the life of the cards.
