Well, self allying isn't legal, but looks like a typical Psyker bomb list to me.

Yeah- not cheese, but not legal either. You can make the daemon the primary by swapping one cultists for nurglings and moving belakor to a daemon HQ.
You have to deal with the warp storm then, but its usually beneficial.

Ally refers to the levels of alliance, and is not the same as allied detatchment. They are both the same faction, which breaks the rules of allied detatchments.

It's Crimson slaughter allied with regular CSM. They are allowed to ally with each other, as it's a supplement, and directly says it can in the book. The allies are fine. You will need to run your Fire raptor in your primary detachment, as per the "Relic of the Armoury" rules. This actually helps you, though, as it gains the "Fear" rule from CS.

Well you have:
1) Juggerlord
2) Fire Raptor
3) Be'lakor
All are good units, and you have the added synergy of supporting telepathy and divination spells. Its a pretty solid list!
You have a lot of random small stuff. Try to be a little more focused. This list will not perform well against lists with more synergy than yours.
