My gaming group is getting together this coming Thursday and it'll be my first time fielding the waaaagh! So I figured I'd begin with a fast list. I'll be going up against necrons, vanilla marines, grey knights, blood angels, tau, or chaos marines/daemons depending on who I get paired with.
My list is
Zhadsnark
painboy on bike
10 tankbustas - nob w/ power klaw bosspole, 1 hammer, 2 bomb squig
10 tankbustas - nob w/ power klaw bosspole, 1 hammer, 2 bomb squig
Zhadsnarks bikers x7 - 1 nob w/ power klaw bosspole
zhadsnarks bikers x7 - 1 nob w/ power klaw bosspole
zhadsnarks bikers x7 - 1 nob w/ power klaw bosspole
deffkoptas x4 - x1 buzzsaw, rokkits x4
Blitzbrigade formation stock
bullyboyz formation 5 twin link shoota, 5 skorcha, 5 rokkit
Comes to 2498 pts. Bully boys take up 3 of the battle wagons tankbustas the other two, scout forward, deffkoptas outflank, bikers speed forward, by idea is to tie everything up in combat . I'm also trying to have so many threats that nothing getting killed is a game changer. Obviously painboy and zhadsnark join a group of bikers to form a more powerful unit. Please help me if there are any better ideas!

I dont think buzzsaws on deffkopta are are worth it, it would be better placed in a investment of a mek with a kff on a bike. However as good as Orks list get this one is pretty good, although staking it up against all the other armies, it is still gonna be very difficult. just pray you get first turn every game.

Hmm I thought the buzzsaw was good for ripping open vehicles? Almost as good as the klaw? As far as a mekboy goes I'd have to get rid of more than just a buzzsaw to afford a big mek on big with kff
EDIT disregard I see you said get rid of the koptas all togekther lol

I like it, to many threats to ignore, lots of armor 14 to soak up some punishment. I have yet to play deff koptas in my army but i would probably ditch them to get a KFF big mek on a bike and if you have the points give him the big one from ghaz supplement. Also Make sure you run your biker formations infront of your wagonz to give them a 5+ cover save from enemy shooting. This would be a helluva hard list to fight against, to many big nasty things you don't want near you :-p

Ok if I do change it, I'd take away the deffkoptas, add a big mek on bike with kff and da lucky stick for bs 3 on that biker group, and give the painboy two grot orderlies with the extra 10 points for rerolling a few failed feel no pains. Same points in the end.

A few things.
1. DLS doesn't give increased BS skill. It's increased WS.
2. Warbikers want a big unit of 15 to stay in. This is where the Big Mek isn't as good as the Painboy, as the painboy gives FnP to all 15 bikers, whereas the KFF Big Mek only covers a few bikers.
3. If you WERE to take the big mek, then ditching the Koptas is a mistake. You want the KFF to go up the field with the Koptas via scout and protect the battlewagons.
4. You don't need the Tankhammers on the Tankbusters, they are a waste of points. 3 attack squigs in each squad.
5. Your deffkoptas should be split up into multiple small units so that you can capture objectives easily. They function really well in malestorm.

30 Orks by Foot.
17-20 in a Battlewagon.
12 in a Trukk.

As far as 15 go, for this 2500 point list, it won't happen. I don't have the points, and can't drop the blitz brigade, meganobs, or tankbustas. What I did do however was take the power klaw away from both sets of tankbustas, and the lucky stikk from the big mek to take two single deffkoptas for grabbing objectives. Still leaves me with 17 points idk what to do with
