Right, just a thing I'd like clearing up from a game I played earlier today.

I have a Doom Reaver in melee with a Knight Exemplar. Doomie kills the Exemplar and triggers Hallowed Avenger (opponent had Testament) on the nearby Warjack. The Reaver also has Berserk but nothing was in range until the jack moved in. Now we couldn't quite work out the order of operations here, even following the table in the back of the book. In the end we just let it go and said "Sod it we'll ask on the forums".

Any idea?

They both trigger from a model being destroyed, and they both occur after the attack is resolved. So by the table in the book, you'd resolve inactive player effects (the inactive player being the Menoth player, since the Khador player's model is making an attack) before resolving active player effects that involve making an attack.

So, it looks to me like Hallowed Avenger resolves, then the Berserk attack resolves.
