In the warp, searching for Marbo

Thanks for answering my question everyone!

Spoiler:
Alright, I've ran into this a few times on my Blood Angels.

On the charge you get +1 Str, and Powerfists/Thunder Hammers 2x your strength.

I've always done it in this order. Str 4 Plus 1 for the charge, Then multiplied by two for a total of Str 10.
(4+1)2=10

One or two other people I've played(people don't usually play), seem to work it out this way. Str 4 multiplied by two, Then add the +1 FC for a total of Str 9.
(4x2)+1=9

Thoughts?

Correct. This is explicitly spelt out under 'Multiple Modifiers' in the 'Models & Units' section of the rules at the very beginning of the rulebook. They even use the exact case in the OP as an example.
