So quick question:

Assume I assault with Tomb blades (Jet Bikes) and take overwatch.
I could choose to Jink and get a 4+cover save against the shooting (if the AP value was lower than my Sv).
I don't see any impact on the assault.
A Jink causes shooting to snap shot the next turn but I don't see anything regarding a disorderly charge.

So It would seem that I would still get HOW and be at I2.

Also, Let's assume that the tomb blades are charging a group of models standing in difficult terrain but right next to the low barricade wall that you can buy in the list.
Like physically in contact with the wall.
The terrain in front of the wall is clear.
I think that due to the rules associated with the wall (that a model on the other side can be considered in 'base contact'), if I charge up to the wall, I don't get the initiative penalty and retain HOW because I never entered difficult terrain.

Yes, I understand this sounds very situational but I have run into this playing AM on a number of occasions.
Its just that I have never ever desired to assault them before.
With the 4+ RP and ignores cover, it makes more sense now.

If your charge move would cross difficult terrain you trigger the INI penalty. The wall allows for base contact but does not change the requirement for charge moves.
