So, prepping for a tournament.

I'm going to do the standard Whisper+ACD+VI with a rebel captive and FCS. I figure it'll allow her to throw evade tokens somewhat regularly, esp since the captive will make whatever is going after her fly predictably.

With her?

What I have so far is Kenkirk with Lone Wolf, Jerjerrod, Ysard, a Recon Specialist, and APL.

I figure the 1 agility becomes much better with 2 focus+reroll every turn, and that the wolf reroll will make up for the lack of target locks. I'm iffy on the APLs, but I think it'll allow me to fly aggressively and keep enemies at a distance, decreasing the chance Whisper will get within range 1-2.

I'll be playing it tomorrow, but wanted thoughts, since no one uses Kenkirk.

It's 99 points, so hopefully I get initiative vs other Imps.

IMO the problem with this list is that a Decimator with a green die is still just a Decimator and still dies almost as fast. You tank a bit better, but your damage output is much worse than either of the other two unique pilots so your total damage dealt before you die isn't any better. Your Whisper setup is pretty standard though, so give it a better support ship and you should be fine.
