Sadly not well, at least on their own. Either the snipers or the devestators on top of the building can be targeted by the serpent shield, ignoring the cover you are gaining on top. While the wraithknight, if he has heavy D cannons has a fair potential to one shot your bastion, or at least cause a damage roll that kills off some of those expensive devestators inside.
As to what you are throwing at them, the heavy bolters that come with can't hurt the serpents, and likely won't hurt the knight. Snipers at best have a fifty percent chance of causing a wound on the knight if they hit, but there is still a save. Rarely is a knight out of cover or without some kind of save. They can do nothing against the serpents whatsoever. Devestators if they have lascannons are getting a decent chance at hurting the wraithknight and doing some wounds. Although will not kill it in a single turn, likely even with the snipers help. More likely two or three turns. Against the serpent you have a similar problem, although it is likely that you can force it to jink, minimizing it's ability to hurt you.
As a stand alone hard counter. They are not. However as part of a larger force, hey have potential. When there are multiple av 13+ tanks the bastion becomes a lower priority target. Placing the snipers elsewhere on the battle field puts less eggs in a single basket. Ad a gun emplacement to the top of the bastion. Flyers are a higher priority, though less efficient target for most serpents.
An. Imperial bunker can give you many of the same things for twenty points less, but an increased ability toget cover for your own building. Also many space marine tanks can park behind and shoot over it. More firing points in front for your devestators.
