So here is a list that I am tinkering around with:

Decurion Detachment

Reclamation Legion

Overlord - 80

5x Imortals, gauss blasters - 215
Night Scythe

10x Warriors 260
Night Scythe

10x Warriors 260
Night Scythe

3x Tomb Blades - 54

Canoptek Harvest

7x Canoptek Scarabs - 140

3x Canoptek Spyders - 150

5x Canoptek Wraiths, 5x whip coils - 215

Canoptek Harvest

7x Canoptek Scarabs - 140

3x Canoptek Spyders - 150

5x Canoptek Wraiths, 5x whip coils - 215

Total: 1879

I am trying to figure out what to drop to get it to 1850, and also if this is a strong list. The list is intended for competitive play and aims to take on all comers. I would greatly appreciate some feedback. Thanks.

Unfortunately according to most conventional wisdom you cannot add models to your spyder formations so your list is currently illegal :\

Oh, I did not know that. Is that a rule in the new book?

Yes, where it says '1 Canoptek Spyder' in the Canoptek Harvest Formation.

defeat. It would seem that stupidity is as eternal as war.'

it isn't officially official yet, but is being played that way for LVO and ITC events. If you intend to take this list to events check with the TO check with them first.

Use your spare points for a squad of infiltrating flayed ones. Could even lose a few scarabs to make it sizable.

All of the things. Most of the time.

that last one you posted is pretty good actually.

If I lose it is because I had bad luck, if you win it is because you cheated.

Yeah, I actually like both of the lists you posted last. The 4 Canoptek formations one is pretty wicked. 239 a piece. That's an interesting way to bring them. I'll have to keep that in mind.

I am kind of partial to the second list as well. I am trying to see if I can optimize it any further. I think that it will be good versus a lot of the meta right now. I am also trying to figure out what some of its bad match-ups might be, and how to shore them up. If you all have any ideas or thoughts, please feel free to shoot them my way.

How much more official does it need to be?

1 UNIT of X
1 UNIT of X
1 spider ( not 1 unit of spiders)

Really, if someone really needs further clarification on this wording, then playing 40k should not be a priority or a major time consumer of theirs.

Curious why the decurion when you are mostly mounted. Sure armor gets a boost, but is it really needed? Unless you're starting the warriors and immortals on the table. The Decurion really only benefits foot slogging lists in my opinion. Sure your wraiths will get a 4+ RP but I've been finding it hard to keep them close enough to the slow moving (and now a target priority) Spyder.

If you're going to run mostly flyer mounted units and wraiths, just run a CAD and take only the things you actually want without useless model taxes.

People always ignore the tomb blades. I ignoring cover, RP, and being jetbikes makes them quite awesome fo their points.

I like your last the best.

Well, Zandrekh is a tax too, since he's lumbering.
How about TB with particle weapons?
They are absolutely deadly vs. hordes.
