A stab at a competative list. There is a restriction of no battle brothers so fancy combos are out.
I keep trying to quit belakor but then I remember that knights exist...
Strategy is a hard rush with light summoning support.

Pretty solid list, I'd consider swapping the nurgle prince for 20 Flesh hounds (320 points) and a jugger herald. Would mean dropping the heldrake though.
My reasoning is that the fist lord can handle most characters and bel'kor can handle knights.
The flesh hound bomb is great vs waveserpents and necron AV13 walls which you might struggle against at the moment.
But I can see the heavy Nurgle theme.
Update: If you want an alternative to Bel'kor for killing knights then consider Kharn the Betrayer + 35 cultists or Kharn + 19 cultists in Bastion with Escape Hatch.

Those both sound like great units. Unfortunately I dont own either.
The nurgle prince isn't an auto include. He's meant to be a summoner/ beatstick but doesn't quite measure up as either. I wanted him as a chaos marine prince but had to switch him with belakor due to the no battle brother restriction and wanting invisible spawn. If I swapped him for a tzwerald I could take something else.

I do like me a splash of summoning and the CSM prince definitely has the edge when splashing (can take burning brand and spell familiar). However if you are throwing 5-7 dice at Invisibility a turn (depending on how desperate it is required) then you don't have many charges left for summoning. I would ditch him for another fast moving threat.
Regarding the flesh hounds unit, you can buy two boxes of dire wolves for £30 which gets you 20 models that are easy to convert into flesh hounds (just put them on round bases and spray them red!). These guys really have to be seen to be believed, they are as survivable as nurgle spawn per point (40 Toughness 4 wounds with 5++ for 320 points) and they hit harder in close combat (furious charge!). Though they do have instability so get pwned by knights and dreadnoughts although they can tarpit for ages and with a 12" move you should be the one picking the charge targets. Well worth purchasing.
Another option is to buff the drones unit up to 6 drones and put some heralds of nurgle in. The heralds have rubbish movement but you can conga line the bugs and then just pile in across the battlefield! with the guys at the back.

Nice, id probably take 2 meltas and a combi melta on the plague marines (they can take 2 specials at 5 man) and a meltabomb if spare 5 points. Power fist is ok but you already got a lot of melee beat sticks.
