Okay, I have a tournament coming up soon where FW and unlimited detachments are allowed. The only rule is that it cannot be unbound.

I expect to face some Newcrons, Nids with Garagntuam Creatures, Eldar, CSM, and maybe SW or BA. I have this so far but am a little worried about not having a lot of Troops for Objective Secured.

Maybe drop the Knight for BIKES?

HQ
Chapter Master w/TH, SE, AA, Bike
Tigurius

TROOPS
5 Sniper Scouts w/Cloaks
5 Man Tactical Squad

HEAVY SUPPORT
4 Centurions w/Grav Cannons, ML, Omni - scope
Thunderfire Cannon

STORMWING FORMATION
Stormtalon w/Skyhammer
Stormtalon w/Skyhammer
Stormraven w/MM, Ass-can, Hurricane Bolters

INQUISITION DETATCHMENT
Cateaz

KNIGHT DETATCHMENT
Knight Errant

Tiggy, Coteaz, and the CM will join the Cents to start the game and the CM will break off as needed. The Tac squad goes in the Raven for late game objective grabbing.

Looks like macaroni and cheese to me. The grav cent star is pretty nice, and the stormwing arriving together with one reserve roll is awesome. I don't think you really need the Knight but it does provide some protection against things like hordes or stompable targets.. i like it in the list.

You will suffer at the objective secured game, but I don't know there's much that will survive your grav star. To make it stronger, I'd actually drop the knight and get a bunch of tac marines in pods or rhinos to try and play the OS game... but i'm no expert in deathstars so not sure if you even care about that part of the mission.

If I drop the night I could get 2 squads of bikes with melta and MM.

Or 2 TAC squads in the DP

How do you plan on moving around the centurion star around? Also, it's a stupidly expensive unit with the missile launchers (which are only just OK). My advice is to just keep them cheap and maybe drop the storm raven for more units. The knight isn't good and there are so many things that can destroy it.

Ever heard of gate of infinity? Lol.

Also that cent star is amazing, manage to cast invisibility on it and just gate it everywhere and it's unstoppable. Tbh I disagree with everything this guy says

I hope I get to at you in a major tournament. It would make my day. OP listen, your psychic death star needs more support. Currently, according to seƱor silly face ^ you need to be able to roll invisibility + GoI. Fine, let's say you get lucky (tiggy proves he is worth his points and/or coteaz gets that 1/3 chance to get the power you want) you still need to be able to reliably cast both powers. I think Tigurius can reliably cast GoI on three dice however that leaves you susceptible to your opponent's DTW of which he only needs one or two sixes to really ruin your day. Ultimately you can do it (if the dice gods abide) however this is already risky rolling that can make or break a unit which is pretty much taking up more then a third of your points. You need consistency in competitive environments.

Some other quick notes

The hurricane blotters can probably be cut

If you're not gonna get transports scouts are a little better than tacticals their USR give them more flexibility without transports.

Eh, at 2000pts you'd be better off with Draigo and a gk librarian with the liber daemonica. Coteaz is nice on paper, and acts as a good deep strike deterrent, but I've seen it go off once in a few dozen games I've played with him.

If you are set on going with Inq allies, you'd be better off with an inquisitor with servo skulls and a liver heresius. At least the liver heresius lets you scout forward, giving you 12" turn 1.

Alternatively, a bunker with an escape hatch would let you move 18" up turn 1.

Or you can go Draigo, who has gate of Infinity baseline, which gives you unlimited movement every turn, as long as you do not deep strike poorly. Sure, Draigo does not have the S8 or t5 of the bike master, but he gives you warp charges and gate. And on initiative Ap2. I guess no orbital bombard either...

And I agree with dropping the tac squad. Use both scouts to outflank for line breaker points, and use other things in your army to score back objectives.

I would use draigo for the warp points and GoI but I don't have any Grey Knights, don't want to buy them just for the tournie.

I've always had success with 3 Centurians with Tiggy just walking them before, so I am not to worried about lack of mobility.

But my main concern is the new Newcrons. I'm pretty sure there will be at least 2 players there that will be running g the Decurian Detachment with lots of destroyers.

What list would you hyozman? Pretty quick to say mine wouldn't work

Heavy destroyers are scary, normal ones not so much to centurions. And even then, if you are invisible, you are only going to take snapshots.

If they shoot anything other than the centstar, who cares? The knight doesn't care about the light destroyers. Will care about the heavies, but necrons vs knight is usually bad for the knight anyways.
