Well, Here is a Dreamer Avatar that I got to paint a little while ago (for a client). All together, I think he came out rather well- the detail on the mini is really neat, and the concept is simply outstanding. I had some instructions on certain colors,
Honestly, this mini was terrific to paint, and my only complaint about it is that Wyrd discontinued it (along with the other Avatar minis). I'd really love for them to have their 'classic' minis available for some of us. While I can see him being used as the Neverborn Emissary, I honestly think he'd work quite well simply proxying the part of Lord Chompy bits on the table.
I've also posted him up to CMON for anyone who cares to vote.

I love this model so much. You've done an excellent job with the astral motif all over the portal, it looks very authentic and has a lot of depth. Nice job highlighting the folds in the brick to really make it look weird and "pliant".

That is a lovely model and the paint work is fantastic!
I suddenly have an urge to pop on Little Nemo: The Dream Master for the NES!

Well, if someone feels the need to pull out an 8 bit system due to my painting... well, that's definitely a success.

Nemo fought nightmares, not channeled them. But whatever. This is an amazing job. My only gripe is the back of the model. I honestly wish it was just a boring brick wall instead of the portal and eye. Is it actually a flat surface and portal bits are freehanded on there, or is it textured? It's hard to tell from the angle. It's incredibly well painted either way.

Amazing model!
I love Little Nemo,
The hue of the colours, especially the pale blues of the night sky portal, really fit well with the old comic IMO

Thanks.
The eye and portal ripples are all textured and are featured on the original mini. The starscape is totally freehand.
I hope that clears it up for you.
