I haven't had to buy any in awhile, but just ran out of plastic glue. I use plastruct plastic weld, love the stuff, but can't seem to find it at any of the local stores anymore. All I know is that I had tried some of the glues that come in tubes in the past and hated them, was wondering of other brands similar to this (and that come with a brush) that I could use. Or if I like it am I better off just ordering some off amazon? Picture below for reference.

Can't help you with the glue you have pictured, but I swear by Humbrol Poly Cement.
It's awesome. Available on Amazon in tubes or fine tip applicator.

Tamiya plastic cement comes in bottles with brushes. They also come in a variety of thicknesses, if i recall correctly. I've been using Tamiya plastic glue for almost a year now and i'm veryy satisfied with it.

That particular solvent is nearly 100% Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK).
Any solvent using this will be exactly the same, such as Testor's Plastic Cement (pink label).
Plumbers also use it as priming fluid for plastic pipes; you want the clear stuff!
Another alternative is Acetone-based fluids, such as Tamiya Extra Thin. I love this stuff, personally.

Revell Contacta Liquid also comes in a bottle with a brush and is what I have used for over 20 years.
Having said that they have recently replaced Contacta Liquid with Contacta Clear which is supposed to be just as good but can be used on clear plastic too but I haven't used that yet.

The model maker glue in the pointy bottle is EPIC. I've used the same bottle for YEARS. Had to clean the nozzle a few times, but it's never hard to do. It does not, however, smell as nice. Instead of the sweet smell that a lot of glues have, it smells rather bitter and nasty. Definitely does not have the floral finish of GWs plastic glue, not the heady nose feel of plumbers glue.

If you want more of the same, decant from a hardware store jug of MEK into your old bottle. Like Ambroid ProWeld, that stuff is a monster solvent that I don't personally see the need for, but if you use and like it, there's your answer.
Personally, I've fallen deeply in love with Tamiya Extra Thin. If your LHS carried the Plastruct, there's a decent chance they'd have a bottle you could snag to try out. It's not particularly pricey, is a bit gentler on the fumes, and works beautifully. Literally, my only complaint about it is the fact that, lacking a local source, I have to order it online (since the same can be said for 90% of hobby-specific products, I call it a wash and go on individual products' merits).

OP: I have been using your preferred glue on my ABS Robotech models and it does work quite well, VERY short work time: it flashes off fast.
First: Check this list and see if your home-town is there or anywhere nearby: http://www.plastruct.com/Pages/USDealers.html
It is catalogue code PPC-2 (2oz) or PPC-16 (16oz).
Glue Guide: http://www.plastruct.com/Pages/CementGuide.html
Other posters are correct: it is mainly MEK as the solvent to melt the plastic.
It also has some material dissolved in it since it also acts as a filler.
I usually used Timiya white and green cap glues: http://www.tamiya.com/english/products/list/cements/kit870S01.htm
I find these are my best "go-to" glues for normal polystyrene.
I had seen a while back the blue cap is specific to ABS and I bet it would work the same.
Here is the USA website "dealer finder" : http://www.tamiyausa.com/dealers/index.php
I think that is about all I can supply to help.

Wow, thanks for the help! Didn't even consider that Plastruct would have a list like that. One of those is only slightly out of my way when I'm heading to my gaming store, so success.
And as you said, very short drying time which I love, and it holds great. Plus I definitely prefer using a brush to using a tube, I'm rather clumsy with them and either put too little or put so much the model just liquefies.

If you are putting together normal polystyrene models please consider the Tamiya glues: They use brushes and the green cap - high flow has a similar behavior.
I prefer it for the smaller brush and still dries fast but gives that extra second or two more breathing room before it sets-up.
Glad the other info helped, turned out the when I was looking for this stuff my local RC / model train hobby shop had a ton of it.

My favorite is Mr. Hobby, which comes with a brush applicator that reminds me of Testors (plastic glue) bottles from the 90s.
I really prefer nylon brush applicators better than nozzle applicators.
