Definitely read "The Sundering" series first, this will take you through malekith's story after the war with the daemons to the elven civil war and....well the sundering

and the start of the dark elves.
The Malus Darkblade books are excellent and give you a great understanding of the druchii society from malus' POV.
Those two will give you an origin story and as i said, an understanding of their society in naggaroth.
The newer books should be after those two i personally think, as the rest of the elven books cover the high elves alot with the druchii as the main antagonists. Those can be read in any order of your choosing. The other 2 time of legends books "The Great Betrayal" and "Master of Dragons" cover the war of the beard from the both elven and dwarf perspectives, the tyrion and teclis trilogy cover a druchii invasion of ulthuan, ending with the Battle of Finuval Plain from their perspectives and the "elves" series "Defenders of Ulthuan" and "Sons of Ellyrion" doesnt really cover a "main" story, more like a side story, but its still a good read.
And once you've read everything else the new end times novel "The Curse of Khaine" and the overall story in The End Times book 3 Khaine will serve as an ending for everything you've read. To really appreciate the story you will want an understanding of the high elves just as much as the dark elves, so you can truly understand their state of mind and what all the characters are going through, which is why i recommend reading all the elven books... if thats not enough..well...Know your enemy and all that!
And also the army book is a great resource of fluff too
Hope that helps!
