Ok all, i have been reworking and reworking this list like crazy. I think i finally come to something i like. Please tell me what you think.

The idea with this list is fast and hard. Between running gaunts, 2 flyrants, and 2 crones im anywhere i want to be in turn 2. Along with a giant gaunt unit, a small gaunt unit, and a tervigon to hold and make more little lovelys for the same thing. i got 11 haywire shots for heavy armor. 3 flamers for horde type units. I feel like for the most part this list will be able to handle pretty much anything.

Not sure about the 10 guants. I think those points are best spent elsewhere. You could upgrade 10 of the squad of 30 to have death spitters. Equally you could increase the poisoned giant size to 20 to make them more survivable. The last suggestion would be to give the tervigon the Norn crown which is exactly the same in points and greatly increases synapse.

I think two flyrants built that way is damn boring. They're probably the most competitive build. But when I see someone post up a nid list and the first two names on the team sheet is these, I instantly yawn. I'm not suggesting there is a better build, just me whinging.

Lastly, I'd split the zoeys up in to 2 squads of 1. Adds your another 2 warp charge and allows you to target two different units for them. Also increases the flexibility of your synapse.

Not much to add, you are a slight bit short of Synapse, but are probably fine for "friendly" The only thing I would recommend trimming is the Regen, it is almost never worth it's points.

Awesome, a double post! If you do trim the Regen, you should grab Hive Commander, so you can Outflank a Troop unit. That helps put pressure on the foe, and protects that unit from Alpha strikes.(I most always use the Tervigon for this reason)

This is supposed to be a friendly list? Looks like the generic "this is all nid players ever use" type of list. But as far as how strong the list is, of course it's going to be able to handle almost anything that comes at it.
