Just getting into 40k with a friend. We split the DV box set and are painting away. Got into the honby a little late, I'm 27. Looking for other gamers in the Hudson Valley, NY.

Welcome to Dakka and the New York 40k scene.

I know there are gamers all up and down the Hudson, so finding a game shouldn’t be hard. Depends on how far you are willing to roam and your schedule. My FLGS, Dirty Goblin Games, up in Queensbury is doing an intro league on Wednesday and has tournaments every other weekend. There are stores spaced nicely all the way down to NYC.

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

Thanks for the warm welcome. @nevelon closest FLGS to me would be Dragon's Den in Poughkeepsie. Not sure if they have a dedicated 40k night. I have to look into it. Looking forward to playing with some experienced players. Two new guys with no idea what they're doing makes for some... uh... interesting games haha.
