Just a quick list I've drafted using a CAD as I think the Decurion, while durable, lacks firepower and is too restrictive on the formations that you have to take.

Less durability on the board to start with but more AA, AT (in form of Scarabs) and Anti MC (Tesla and Deathmarks).

Thoughts on which one is better?

First list is illegal, can only get Solar Thermite in a Mephrit dynasty which requires 3 troops.
