Which one of those two you think is the superior all-comers list? I am gravitating towards list one myself, because anti-tank is better spread and upgrading it to 1650+ is far easier for me. What I dislike about list one are the 20 boys. They feel pretty naked and when the Wagon blows, it is over for them. Maybe get 10 'ard boys instead and upgrade BW with a Killkannon instead of Rokkits? Would work. I would have two large blasts and 'ard boys which are far more resilient to blowing transports.
Thoughts? Cheers for any input

I think you should evaluate why you made the Deff kopta squads identical and what purpose it serves. Maybe consider how else you could arrange them.
I'd rearrange the squad to get rokkitz and consider running one kopta by itself for all the reasons you'd need just one kopta and then four or five with rokkitz in the other squad.
Or two identical rokkitz copta squads and remove the rokkitz the boyz have in wagon And maybe remove one each from wagons.
Edit, the list is very nice but it might be worth it to try and get a few more bikes in warbike squad.
Also, I like to recommend a kff big mek in a list like this, because with good position you can get the 5++ on the wagonz.

I am the kinda ork that takes his own washing machine apart, puts new bearings in it, then puts it back together, and it still works.

1 kopta on its own = first blood loss though.

First list is definitely better. Drop the rokkits on the boys squads though: big blobs like that should either be moving or assaulting, not trying to take pot shots at vehicles. If you feel like you absolutely need guns for them, take big shootas. three shots instead of one, and since you'll be shooting at other infantry the sluggas from the rest of your squad wont be wasting tinking off the sides of vehicles. Otherwise, nice.
If you can, somehow, might not be a bad idea to wiggle points to get a painboy into at least one of those big boy blobs.
The first list looks good to me. I have a question though, what are the advantages of putting the Warboss and painboy on bikes rather than attaching them to the boyz in the battlewagon? That would have been my first instinct, but since nobody has made this suggestion I have to assume that the way your list is organized is superior. Can anybody explain this to me?
More mobility, tougher unit at majority T5. And best part: warboss becomes T6, meaning that he is much harder to insta-kill. So, by doing this, people wont be doubling out bikers with things like battlecannons and most other plates, and as such the FnP will rarely be ignored. Not strictly superior to boss in battlewagon, just another way of doing it.
I dont see a purpose to your meks having KMBs you should ditch those, the weapons on the battlewagon, and remove 2 deff koptas. which will save you i believe 90 points with that I would throw in 5 more bikers to max the squad at 15 and attach the last deff kopta to the other squad to make it a 4 kopta unit.
Your warlord and painboy gain 5 more meatshields and you really don't lose much in return.
I come in peace. I didn't bring artillery. But I'm pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you mess with me, I'll kill you all

This actually sounds really good to me, moving points from other places to add 5 more bikers. I was kinda uncomfortable with the warboss and painboy riding around alone (I haven't played much 7th yet, so these worries may be unfounded).
After these modifications, how competitive is this list?
