Hell of a good start.
Is the Daemon's right hand palm up or palm down?
The handle needs some runes, or rivets, or sections with spikes to give it that feel.

I really like the Screaming Bell bit for the mace.

That screaming bell bit is awesome.

I agree though one hand should be reversed otherwise it looks strange.

I think the ball connection needs to be bulked up a bit as it is very plain atm. if its possible it needs to be shortened a bit too i feel. like 3/4th of an inch.

both palms are the same way, palm down. this is because i was trying to get a more natural stance and the way iv done the arms if one was palm up it would be odd to hold (and trust me iv tried i own a couple of bo staffs.

Yeah I sorta felt it needed something as well on the handle, but cant figure out what =/

I could not possibly mistake that for anything else than a demon prince with a black mace. Nicely done.

Especially if he's a nurgle DP, because, you know, skaven.

Looking cool. The both palm down pose is interesting though not sure it's right for a mace, bo staffs tend to use both ends to hit people with short sharp wacks. A mace like this is more like a sledgehammer in that you move your grip down and hands closer together through the swing then use momentum to direct the blow, check out my profile pic thats me with an 8 foot hammer/chain axe so I'm familiar with the techniques.

I... actually don't know. Help?

That lookds awesome. I agree that the handle needs some more details, but otherwise it's great.
