Greetings folks. Working on my post-apocalyptic airport project for the summer con circuit for This Is Not a Test and I have just finished the fuel tanks. This was a MDF kit by Iron Heart Artisans. You provide your own beer cans, which was just fine for me. This is the four tank version, but he does have one, two, and three tank variants as well. I must say the kit is really nice and has a industrial feel without being too sci-fi. Bases can even be slotted into the ladder, so your little dudes can enjoy the view from half way up.These are not on the website just yet, but should be soon. Project was mostly washes, drybrushing, and GW's own little miracle Typhus Corrosion. So here are the pics.

Thanks.

Very nice!!!!! I can see a serious objective for the table right there! however if it were to ignite there'd be a large explosion with lots of smoke and fire, that might be worth a bit of rules and a large blast marker!

Crush your enemies, see them driven before you and to hear the lamentations of the women.

Yeah .... I like that. Am curious as to how much they will run, shame that they are not on the site yet.

Now, we like big books. (And we cannot lie. You other readers can’t deny, a book flops open with an itty-bitty font, and a map that’s in your face, you get—sorry! Sorry!)

That's delightful. Really nice work there! I love sratchbuilt scenery, and this looks great even if there's some prefab going on.

I may just have to try it without the kit, it look really nice

Nice, I was thinking of using cans for an upcoming project. Did you fill the cans up with something, give them some rigidity?. I was thinking of using expanding foam.
