I am looking at making a competitive 2500 points list of Grey Knights. Anything above that and I will start allying in Inquisition and Sisters of Battle.

Roughly what I have so far:

1 Librarian with staff/hammer and stormbolter

14 terminators / paladins with a mix of swords and halberds
2 terminators with Hammers
2 terminators with psycannon
2 terminators with incinerators

10 Interceptors (unbuild so configuration suggestions would be appreciated)

5 purifiers (are they worth it, if so configured how? Should I get them a rhino?)

3 Dreadknights (psycannon and incinerator with the sword and teleporter pack)

I was looking at expending from there. Had a look at dreadnoughs but they seem terrible for their point cost. Stormravens don't look too bad, but I am not sure how they would synergize with the list.

Anything else I should consider?
Any and all advice is welcome.

Thanks.

The Grey Knight options are limited and you have quite already what is most competitive. My best advice would be to get 2 stormravens and use them as gunboats pure and simple

Honestly, don't buy anything else.

I primarily played Knights since their Codex dropped, and my focus on them steadily declined as I played more games. After thirty to forty games, the take away is that the entire faction was just not built for this gaming edition.

Everything is mission-centric, and mission-play is an uphill battle for GK. Its like playing two different games. Your opponent plays missions, and you play to table/cripple them almost entirely.

The BEST purchases you can make, are whoever you would want to ally with them to round them out into a proper, viable list.

Yes you have some genuinely wonderful stuff in Dreadknights and Libby, but you will need allies with numbers and AP2/AP1/Melta/etc longer ranged shooting to prove viable in a long run.

The story I always tell is that I invested deeply into GK intended to play them as a pure faction. Ten games later it was GK + Allies, ten more games in it was Allies + GK, and now, I have ended up just using those things I bought as allies, as main factions on their own.

I fully support this statement, especially as almost-GK player changed to BA, but..
If you are either way still interested in playing GK because you find that faction that appealing to you, best shots would be either normal GKSS's or Storm Raven - the second one is best option IMO because you got whole lot of Terminators.
You could also think about second HQ, prefferable with Relic Halberd - because it is quite awesome.
Best shot with Interceptors - FLAMERS to the limit, of course !

Maybe think of another Libby and dreadknight and you can run 2 nemesis strikeforce detachments. You could add in Draigo too.

Yeah I feel like you could use another HQ, another libby or maybe a brother captain. A vehicle or two might not hurt either, landraider or stormraven.

Down with Allies, Solo 2016!

Interceptors should be ran with 2 incinerators. I run my squad with those and combat squad both into a5 man squad, give the other 5 falcions and a hammer for an assault squad.
My combat squads look like...

3x sword and 2x incinerator
4x falcions 1x hammer

This has been working great for me.
The incinerator squad can position themselves perfectly for double flame with a 38" threat ring.

Purifiers are good but yes you have to give them transport rhinos are blah... Draigo using gate of infinity with them works or in a storm raven.
