A couple of points from a non-competitive player who's been running hounds:

1. Replace the bloodletters with horrors. Your troops are going to be backfield since you're blitzing everything else. They can at least provide another warp charge this way and potentially summon a couple of extra holders or screen units. Not fluffy, but you do have psykers.
2. I'm not a fan of locus of wrath in a hound blob, as you generally outnumber things you attack. The greater locus provides that sweet +2 attacks on the charge. The difference between 20x3 and 20x4 is substantial.
3. I assume the exalted reward is for a hellforged artefact. If you're going for a grimoire (which I would) remember that it's effect doesn't benefit the owner. I usually buy this for a Daemon Prince who is an escorting buffer.
4. Speaking of buffs, Kairos is a great psyker, but not a particularly great buffer. Be'lakor has shroud and invis obvisouly. As much as I love the re-rolls on Sturdy Bird, I don't think he synergizes well with hounds. Be'lakor is decent, but is obviously a locked loadout. I generally prefer a flying daemon prince of nurgle for grimoire duty as well as a biomancy buffer, and then consider Be'lakor. If you take any biomancy, fish for Endurance for your hounds.
5. The CSM force seems a bit tacked on. I would consider a second daemon CAD (for more horrors usually) or dropping the land raider to keep em cheap. I find Soul Grinders more effective here, since they fill a couple of roles and are cheaper.
6. Max your hounds.
