Question on the Navigator, This force a Psykic test right and hoping for a Double 6 right?? or is it leadership?? Sorry getting a little confused on this. The power is below

THis means when they take the leadership test that some of the Perils D6 results give, having already rolled a Double-6 result, they are more likely to fail the Ld test. For example with "1" on the D6 you end up going bang, spectacularly, if you fail instead of getting "just" a wound...
