Where is the Schism of Mars upgrade from I see lots of lists with a sicaran taking the upgrade, other vehicles from IA can take it and I am sure it is in one of the books but I do not know What book and reading through all of them takes forever.

It's in IA volume 2 2nd edition. Also, this article on dakka has a nice summary of where to find FW rules.
