Given those choices, go with the bikes. But put those two Librarians on bikes and give them Power Field Generators. This will protect the Land Raider and that Forgeworld tank.

And maybe consider a different Warlord. I don't see Azreal adding much value to either of these lists.

Both those lists are very low model count but I bet they'll be fun to play.
