Subject: Your oppinion on WD releases with Codex Rules

Monstrously Massive Big Mutant

I recently read the rumors fluttering around about the possible CSM Codex getting redone, and heard (Rumors ofc) that they are releasing Rules about Cult Marines in WD issues.
Now Ive never bought a WD in my life, probably because I think it's stupid to pay $49.95 for a codex, only later to have additional rules released later on that could have easily have been incorporated into the Dex / just not released at all, but Im wondering what everyone else's opinion on the matter is? If anyone could enlighten me as to why I SHOULD look forward to this, please try and lift my spirits a bit. lol So far, Im not looking forward to having to buy them =/

I haven't heard much about rumors, but whatever.
If it's an improvement for Cult Marines compared to how they are NOW, I'll take it.

Well my hopes are that this means you won't have to buy a new codex a few years down the road and for the armies that didn't get new units with their releases that they too will get their new shiny toys. It's not like you have to sub to WD or buy all them, only the ones with the rules for the units you want, now even better, only put new formations in WD since not everyone needs every formation and move new rules into the packages of the new models themselves! bonus if those who have the digital codex gets the updates added for free lol doubt it, too good to be true

I think the idea is cool. It's several years between codexs and maybe there were good ideas that come up. It can freshen up older dexs like nids.
It only helps the players. You can get the rules usually for free.
