Triarch Praetorians should be Fast Attack, and Canoptek Wraiths should be Elites. Both have overlapping roles and it would further enable thematic Triarchwing/Canoptekwing armies.

Somehow I can't imagine a bunch of robot janitors being categorised as an Elite.

"Once the inevitable battle begins, the Canoptek Wraith is then tasked with sowing terror and disorder throughout the enemy ranks by striking at commanders, support troops, and supply lines - anything that a more conventional strike force would struggle to reach. Indeed, sometimes an enemy commander won't even make it to the battle. Instead he is slain in his sleep the night before by the cold claws of a Canoptek Wraith assassin to whom doors, guards, and force fields are no barrier." (From the 5e codex)

Calling these assassins and eliminators janitors is selling them short...which ironically might improve their prospects for getting the job done. :3

That doesn't change the fact that Wraiths are maintenance robots that happen to be useful as assassins. I mean, come on, their heavy weapon is a Necron vacuum cleaner.
