So I've just gotten back into 40 k recently, having played 7 games with my new blood angels. I've won most of my games but I haven't been so successful in the assault phase. Anyhow I was thinking that including shrike could be helpful since he allows jump infantry to infiltrate. However would this work with blood angels? I assume yes since they're battle brothers, but I wasn't sure if it has to be a ravenguard squad. I was thinking of putting him with a squad of death company with jump packs and maybe a sanguinary priest (I'd give the priest an ap 2 sword to balance shrikes ap 3 weapons as well as give shrike FnP). Not sure about the priest though, any thoughts? If it can be done it'd be great..

No - Shrikes rule does not function - he is only permitted to join jump infantry units at deployment but then is not permitted to join them by the FAQ as they don't have infiltrate while he does!
As mentioned, Shrike's rules are currently broken RAW and only have the effect of limiting what type of unit he can join (as well as conferring Stealth).
If you want to houserule it and play the RAI (which is that he confers infiltrate to the unit as well), then yes he can infiltrate a unit of jump DC. His special rule is not limited to Space Marine faction units or Raven Guard units, and so would work with any Battle Brother unit that had the Jump Infantry unit type.
Another thing worth noting: infiltrating prevents you from charging on the first turn. Kind of a big downside for Death Company.

If you want infiltrating DC, give your HW the Veritas Vertea or whatever it's called that allows two rolls on the Strategic Trait table. This gives you a decent chance of I infiltrating 3 non vehicle units, especially if your battleforged as you can reroll your warlord trait(s?).
