So it's a dual star build with seeker and screamers. This list works on the idea of getting dual invisibility and summoning powers. I have an inbuilt invis (belakor) and 11 chances to get it. When I get invis I will go onto summoning powers hoping for incursion and cursed earth. This list is very fast and has lots of board control. It lacks large numbers of OS but I think with summoning I should be ok.

HQ
Fateweaver (warlord)

Herald of tzeentch
Lvl3, disk, exalted reward (grimnore of true names)

Herald of tzeentch
Lvl3, disk

Herald of slaneesh
Steed, lvl2, lesser reward (ether blade), locus of grace

Herald of slaneesh
Steed, lvl2, lesser reward (ether blade)

TROOPS
11 Horrors

11 Horrors

FAST ATTACK
17 seekers
Champion

9 screamers

ALLIED DAEMONS
HQ
Belakor

TROOPS
3 nurglings

1847

I'll invis the screamers and seekers then grim the unit that needs it most. I should be ok to make turn 2 charges with both of my fast attack units.

You're not normally allowed to have an Allied Detachment that is the same Faction as your Primary Detachment. Is this LVO format?

Seekers really suffer from charging through terrain, and since they look like your main beatstick, you'll probably not do well against entrenched armies.
Make sure that they are Invisible all the time, because they also suffer in other ways....
...like wounding on 5s against most of the armies out there! Sure you can Rend, but those Seekers are gonna get torn up T1 before they are in charge range. Again, always have them Invisible.

With all these squishy units, you're very vulnerable to an Alpha Strike. If a Shunt GK, or a Drop Pod Sentinel gets first turn, you won't have any powers up, and you'll definitely lose a full unit, at least. Make sure to deploy in ruins, and pray for Night Fighting.

How are you claiming 11 rolls on Telepathy? Fatey gets one. Each Slerald gets two. That's five total, and you won't get re-rolls on most of those since they're all on separate psykers. You have a ~17% chance to get it on Fatey, and ~30% on either Slerald. (You can't add those %s together to get your total chance.) All this says that you should only count on Belakor having Invis.

As to the rest of your Psychic powers.... Don't expect to actually get much done. You have 21 WC in the list, with an average of 4 more from the Warp, for 25 per turn.
You need 2-3 for WC1, 5-6 for WC2, and 7-9 for WC3. So, Summoning twice per turn (14), Invisibility (19), two Shrieks (23), and you've got two dice left for all of Fateweaver's shooting, as well as any Cursed Earths you want. If you do manage to get two Invisibility powers, that's one die left for anything that's not Invis or Summon. Pretty crappy. You're going to be short on WC, so have a plan on power priority.

One the plus side- you still have the grimoire which can render the screamers invincible.

If this isn't LVO format then swap the allied nurglings for cultists.

A bastion would help with alpha strike. The top Daemon player at the LVO had one.

A bastion is a good idea. I'm earring towards swapping the seekers for khorne hounds I find with the scout the are just as mobile and they are far more durable to alpha strike. The only problem with the is str4.

he has the locus of grace ignoring terrain which is a good strategy for them..

It IS a way to mitigate losses...but because of their terrible Tough and Save, Seekers REALLY NEED TO HIT FIRST. (Hence the higher-than-average Initiative.) Going through terrain, even with the Locus of Grace, means I1, which hurts pretty badly, even against things like Fire Warriors and Pink Horrors.
