Subject: [1000] - Dark Angels - First list!! Help Wanted :D
Your army is slow and clumsy and it's because it has no way of getting units quickly from place to place you also have no anti tank. Your army is simply put ad-hoc and poorly built. Units need to mesh togeather and there needs to be unit cohesion. Think about and plan the army out based on what you how you think the battle will play out before you hit a table.
I think the biggest thing you can do to help yourself is drop the terminators and use the 220 points to spend on other things.

Subject: [1000] - Dark Angels - First list!! Help Wanted :D
We don't need to see every detail, particularly default wargear (such as grenades) and it just makes the list harder to read (I'm guessing it's just a direct dump from an army-building program). I'm going to do some compressing, as an example of an easier-to-read format for army lists, and then I'm going to make some comments:
++ Dark Angels: Codex (2013) (Combined Arms Detachment) (996pts) ++
Firstly, I'll second Axis's comment on the Company Master - without any kind of special weapon he's not adding alot to the army at all. There's nowhere obvious for him to be needed, aside from tanking AP2 wounds on Tactical marines... He's the first thing I would drop for points elsewhere.
Next, the points cost for the larger RW squad seems to be 5 points over what it should be.
As Ionusx points out, you lack anti-tank, so I would suggest adding some Meltaguns to the Ravenwing instead of Plasma (if you want plasma on bikes, take Black Knights) - the combination of Scout moves plus 12" means a distinct threat range. I'd also move one so it's a unit of 4 and a unit of 5 unless you plan to Combat Squad the 6.
Tactical (Storm Bolter + Power Fist) Terminators on their own don't pull much weight - they either need a heavy weapon to up their firepower or some melee weapons and a delivery method. They would probably be the second thing I would drop from the list if I needed points.
The Tactical marines are in need of something - The second unit could do with a special weapon, and both could do with a transport - If you are combat squadding the first unit (which you should be, otherwise it's a bit schizophrenic), a Razorback or Drop Pod ('cause Meltagun - if you do this, take a combi-melta on the sarge too) would be my suggestion.
