I think it's a Dark Eldar backpack bit, if that's what you're talking about.

They're phantasm grenade launchers, out of the DE warrior kit. Shadowseers should have something similar.

This. But the Dire Avenger crest is a different piece that isn't with the grenade launcher.

Nice call, thanks everyone. Ordered some and now can kitbash a shadowseer! Now just gotta find an alternate way to do a death jester.

What are the helmets, they're cool?

Alternate Death Jester:

Use the Starweaver gunner body, (with the high collar and coattails), use the full skull mask which I believe comes in the Skyweaver kit, take a spare shuriken cannon from your skyweavers and attach it to a DE weapon barrel+arms.

To correct the somewhat awkward stance of the Starweaver gunner, add a bit of scenic basing for him to be stepping up on, or alternately glue the two skull masks from the Starweaver together.

I did an experimental version of this (and a Shadowseer from the same kit) and I will be using a DE weapon base for the next one, but he painted up quite nicely. Link:

Yes they aren't perfect but they are figures you will be having a ton of extras of anyway (every time you but a Starweaver kit you end up with either 1 or 2 of those extra) and they're not really worth as Harlequins because you'll rarely field troupes of over 6 anyway.

The helmet bits are from the wych sprue for the two on the sides. The other is from the dire avenger sprue.

I like the suggestion for the gunner long coat for the dj and the mask.The shuricannon is off on size though so guess I gotta keep looking. Luckily I snagged a spare dj before they got pulled and replaced so really just need to grab the new one.

*edit* don't the corsairs from fw come with a shuricannon?

I have a FC Death Jester. I held up the Shurcannon from the Skyweaver Jetbikes up to his and they were exactly identical. The only difference is the FC jester has 3 gems on it and the Skyweaver one had one.

The base of the Necron gun i am definitely not doing again it did make it much too big, I will just use a gun base from a DE kit.

I picked the Necron gun because he was holding it the same way (one hand on top one on the trigger) but it was a little too large.

That's what throws it off so much is the necron gun base! Otherwise yeah probably could make a good one with it. Might just need some hacking with the dark Eldar heavies like you said. Would love to see this. Also wanna see the trench coat on dj.

Those heads come from Reaver Jetbikes, Wraithfighters maybe never seen one, and Wyches, all are a little different but the same idea.
