I would love to be able to collect these guys as I love their style and everything, but there is no way I can obtain an army of these from Forge world as I can't afford it, is there a cheap way to collect these guys, I already have the IA book they come from.

Not the actual FW models. However, these guys from Mantic share a similar aesthetic, and could be converted to be closer easily enough.

They're true-scale, so can't realistically use GW weapons, but you get plenty of good enough melta/plasma/flamer-looking guns with each set.

I really like these, are they actually guard sized? Because they look slightly bigger.

They are a mm or two taller (in the more upright poses), but much thinner, and scale much better next to SM. The FW Elysians are also done like this, and frankly it looks way better than the gorrila-prorortioned Cadians.

Yeah, I just really can't decide between Elysains and Death Korps of Kreig. They both really stand out to me, but I can't afford to make a FW army of either.
