Hey, this is my first post. i've been wanting a Primarch (from forgeworld). But I want one that looks cool, has good rules and and is fun to paint. preferably bright colors.
anyone have any thoughts.Has anyone had or painted any of the Primarchs.

Welcome.
Deciding on a Primarch is no easy thing. You have to consider the style, the fluff, the personality and most importantly, what you relate to.
As for the good rules, I think all Primarchs have good rules but it depends on how many points you are willing to invest.
Bright colours may be a problem. To me, the brightest would be yellow......but he isn't out yet ;-) How about Fulgrim? Of course, you could paint it any way you want to....

also Alexis polux looks awsome but the primarch of the impirial fists is not out.And witch one is gulliman?

Aren't all Primarchs demi-emperors in the end? 
But Guilliman's model isn't out yet and I don't think that the blue colour of him is the bright one OP wants.
Right now, Fulgrim is your choice. If you choose to wait a bit longer, I would recommend Rogal Dorn.

Hang on, I could have sworn Rogal Dorn has been released. And if you want bright colours, he's the way to go. Also Imperial Fists are the best FFC. Just sayin.
Fulgrim is pretty cool as well. Purple can actually look quite awesome suprisingly.

Dorn isn't out yet, no.
Rippy, pretty certain Daemon Mortarion will happen. I think they've said that they're doing all the chaos Primarchs in their chaos forms. Daemon Angron will be in book 6, the Shadow Crusade book.
