That looks too warm of a grey to be VGC Cold Grey (or GW Codex Grey).

If I had to guess, I would say it's a custom mix but it's hard to tell because the lighting isn't the best so it could be throwing the colors off. When you plug it into this website, it says Vallejo Model Color Khaki (70.988) is pretty close. Personally, I think that is a little too light so VMC Khaki Grey might be pretty close. Also, I was able to find out it was on display at Games Day 2009 but I wasn't able to find out who painted it.

Its possibily old charadon granite

It could also be storm vermin grey which is slightly warm.
