Grulgor isn't a daemon whatever he is. His soul is still in control of his body.
That didn't stop him from turning a 9000km long forest into black tar, and flipping a rhino.
Furthermore what are the Luperci?
Are they just marines with daemons in their body?

Finally found my quote from a gym buddy born and raised in South Korea:
"It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us the freedom of the press.
"It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech.
"It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate.
"It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag."

I don't get the big about Grulgot, there's inst a question there haha. I think the Luperci are basically possessed marines yeah. Like the Gal Vorbak but probably less powerful, maybe.

As above.

He is a Daemon Prince. A mortal who has been given daemonhood by his chosen god.

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

Yeah Grulgor is a daemon prince (a weak variety sure)

The luperci are just possessed. And they seem to be more in line with the game versions as they do die a lot Haha. They certainly seem much weaker than the gal vorbak.

Tormaggedon is much more interesting. He's a daemon, summoned using the original mournival captains progenoids, who claims to have assimilated his soul when he died... and is now aping him to have the same demeanour & memories. Then gets possessrd into a braindead body.

Why a daemon would do this ...?! Its a plot device sure.... then theres the ghost that haunts Loken...which is.. something else?

I also like that daemonic tormaggedon seems to have been included retrospectively to match his original artwork in collected visions, where he was possessed.
