All Forward Disruptors is a terrible card - you use an action to gain 1 dice. You are much better off spending those points on a tactical officer and re-rolling your target lock twice

And for my money Nullifier Core is the worst card in the game. It allows you to re-roll only one dice and is discarded if you take a hit. So if you ever roll two less evades than necessary it's gone
