Happy Imperial Citizen

Hello, so me and my friend play small, less than 1000 point games of my CSM vs his Eldar . I need help choosing a list in defeating him. Also, we play unbound style. Don't hesitate to be specific, I don't mind at all. I don't really know where to start. He likes to use wraithlords, wave serpants, warp spiders, and occasionally striking scorpions. Any help is appreciated!!!

Obliterators are good, and so are vindicators and predators but I play Iron Warriors so thats just my opinion.

If you don't enjoy playing against people with unpainted armies, break into their house when they sleep, paint their figures for them, help yourself to their cheerios and then your problems will be solved.
Well, my opponents usually don't have more than 1-2 Wave Serpents 'cos Serpent spam is very expensive in real life money.

I would say typical CSM lists rock:
-Plague Marines/Marines w/ Nurgle - 2x Plasma, Rhino
-Obliterators
The rest is preferential really. I usually do the Plague Marines with a Dakka Pred at low points, and then add Oblits and more Marines as I increase points. Bikers are also a decent option from what I hear, but I don't use them. I recently have been rocking the Kharn Butcherhorde at 1k, really fun list, but not very competitive, especially at such low points.

I like Plague Marines the 4+ poison is nice against the Wraithlord. Plus you get 2 weapons in a 5man squad. As said obits can lay down fire. Not sure what you have available, so here is a sample that you can swap out what you don't have for what you have. Bikers 2 melta MoN PF Sorcerer w/ Bike SoC spell familiar 2x plague marines squads 2x plasma in rhino 3 oblits MoT baledrake I don't have my codex on me so not sure of the points exactly might have to tweet

If you play unbound, then I suggest taking 1000 points of obliterators.
