There is no need for 3 hackers, especially a subpar one. I would reduce the Zerats down to 1 (not like you can link them anyways) That frees up 50 pts and an SWC (Are these points from N3 or the Army builder?). I would drop one of the Sogarats as well, they are beast don't get me wrong, but they are eating up alot of points. With the left over points I would grab some Vanguards or Daturazis and Anyat and bring along a Ikadron Batroid so you can replenish those panzer shots on the Yaogats.

Also Kornak is worth looking at.

Drop at least one Zerat Hacker, you've got 9 orders and you can't push the link with your Yaogat Lt. order. Easiest way to grab another 2 is an Ikadron and either a Daturazi, Kurgat engineer or another Ikadron.

If you can squeeze pts and swc from somewhere you should upgrade a Yaogat with a Spitfire. Like swapping the Sogarat Feuerbach with a Suryat Multi or downgrading one of the Zerat hackers to a vanilla load out.

Those points costs are from the N3 unit cost PDF.

So, would it be worth dropping both Sogarats and replacing them with Suryats, or just going down to one of either and trying to fit in a bare bones link team of Daturazi after dropping two of the Zerats to base loadouts? And, what are your opinions on four Hungries and an Oznat for a second combat group, and moving the two base Zerats over to that?

Personally I don't really like Sogarats as much since Suryats got their buff except for defensive roles, if I take a Soggy it's usually the HMG for suppressive fire. The Suryats are better on the offense since they ignore forest terrain, are harder to shut down with hackers and the Lt. option isn't as SWC heavy. Sogarats in high cover are still pretty good since they have a good chance of dodging surprise shots or anything that out ranges them. The Suryat can do the same defensive job, just not as well. I'm still playing around to see if I like the H. Rocket Suryat more compared to the Feuerbach Sogarat. On whether or not you should downgrade, that depends if you need to free up points for something else. If you can buy another regular order with the points it's probably worthwhile.

Hungry links are great, ridiculously cheap regular orders and a BS14 Smoke LGL that costs no SWC. I usually take a 2-2 gaki-preta mix so the link can cover against back field drop troops with their chain rifles. Should be fine putting Zerats with them.
