I have been searching without luck for 3rd party grot/gretchin/snotling bits, especially heads. Anyone k ow of any good sites for that?

This may not really answer your question, but here are some suggestions: You could go with the WHFB Goblin box for heads, bodies, and legs, and do some simple conversions to arm them with the appropriate weapons. Proiteus has a massive Grot army that uses a lot of IG bitz, too. Personally, I like simply buying Grot heads on eBay and converting Cadians straight out of the box with shorter legs and such.
