The club had our second go with Power Legion last week. This time the setting was Gotham which gave me a chance to break out my recently painted cops and newly completed urban buildings as the other two players played the dynamic duo tangling with some classic baddies. The full BatRep is here: link
The pics are a bit low-fi as I couldn't find my proper camera, but I assure you the full AAR is worth checking out.
We're still working on ways to balance the heroes so armor isn't so dominating, but overall Power Legion has proved to be a very enjoyable ruleset and one that we'll play again.

You did a great job with the CPD cars but I have to say that the oven is way out of scale with the rest of the scenery. Nice report as always.

Thanks!
Unfortunately I can't take praise for the cars. They're stock die-cast. I did paint the cops though…

The oven is "Heroic" scale.

How does it compare to something like Pulp City or the Supers Sytem?

I don't know pulp city, but it's alot more streamlined than supersystem. It carries forth the Song of Blades tradition of fewer stats and more special abilities, but it's a bit more detailed than SBH and doesn't feel -as with so many Ganesha games- like you're playing SBH modified.
It also uses the whole range of polyhedral dice. Modifications move you to a bigger or smaller dice instead of modifying the roll itself. I really enjoyed that aspect of it. Not being a role player I rarely get to play with those fun looking dice.

Thanks for the info.
Your terrain looked amazing by the way. For some reason the Die Cast R.V. Really tickled my funny bone.
