Using a formation (Cegoragh's Jest) as one of my detachments in my army. The formation follows:
1 Troupe
1 Unit of Skyweavers
1 Unit of Voidweavers
My question is can the Harlequin Troupe take a Starweaver as a Dedicated Transport even though it isn't part of the formation? (I assume you could as they don't take up any space in Force Organisation, but I am not sure.)

Yes, the only time it wouldn't be allowed is if the formation specifically says so.

Ask yourself can you take extra players, or a Harlequins kiss? You are allowed to take ANY upgrade listed on the data sheet unless specified in the restrictions.
