In particular wrt the Living Tomb, but everywhere else also.

In one player's turn, are all Deep Strikes considered to be simultaneous? If so, then, in the Living Tomb formation, if a Monolith and Obelisk both come in on turn 2, the Monolith cannot benefit from the Obelisk's non-scatter ability.

It seems to me that the answer is "no, Deep Strikes are not simultaneous." This is because, for instance, if you have a drop pod come down at a certain point, and the pod mishaps, you can send another drop pod down to the exact same point in the same turn -- something that would be impossible if all Deep Strikes took place at the same time (as you would have a DS unit DSing onto another unit).

Does my reasoning seem correct to you guys?

They are not simultaneous.

Thank you! That means that if the Obelisk and one or more Monolith all come in on Turn 2, the Monoliths can use the no-scatter ability. And in addition anything coming in from DS reserve on Turn 2 can come in through any of the Monoliths.

Do note that most abilities which provide no deep strike scatter have a clause saying they must have been on the table at the start of the turn to benefit.

I don't know if the Obelisk has such a clause, but other things like Teleport Homers and Locator Beacons do.

It doesn't. The Obelisk automatically comes in by DS on Turn 2, and if any of the Monoliths within the formation (0-2) enter by Deep Strike _after_ (note: "after," hence my confusion) and do so within some distance of the Obelisk, they do not scatter.
