Hi,

I keep forgetting that I don't have any time, and start a whole host of new projects. This is my latest one.

I have all the molds and a good 60lbs of plaster (down to about 45lbs now) - casting in plaster is an adventure, much like punching yourself in the face repeatedly.

If you want to know what this will (hopefully) look like, check this out -> http://hirstarts.yuku.com/topic/6955#.VP0fV60cSUk

Anyway, I wanted to get a firm footing for these, much like that thread - so I am using 6mm MDF

Here are the 900x600mm templates for laser cutting the basic and advanced sets.

Each cut has 1" extra space outside the regular shape - this allows for walls beyond the industrial edge, much the same as Sveamore has done. There is no extra space on connection points (floor tile to floor tile) between parts.

Total cost to get these files made and cut in 6mm MDF was ~$300 (AUD, or about $230 USD)

I used onlinelasercutting.com.au - they were pretty quick.

I will probably start a blog thread to track progress - right now I wanted to share the templates around for the next poor soul that wants to do something dumb like this and wishes they had the templates.
