Idea for a summoning list. Decent warp charge and access to lots of rerolls should get 3/4 summons a turn. Quite a lot of inbuilt survivability should help against alpha strikes (tho probably not pods :-()

The list has a number of solid elements but suffers a bit from too many points in questionable upgrades.

Firstly barricades and a void shield on the bastion aren't needed. The void shield in particular provides very little added benefit, after all a single av12 hp means little to a av14 structure.
Secondly don't bother with icons and the champ on horrors. Neither upgrade is necessary since you will have cursed earth to remove the risk of scattering and summoned units can provide any icons you may need after the first turn.
Drop the fist and LC from the chosen, a 5 man unit of vets with 2 pw is a threat to almost no one but Tau and is another pts sink. If you want chosen load them all out with plasma or melta guns, the latter being more useful and throw them in a rhino. Though in all honesty cultists might be a better option for more cheap OS.
I like the memory on a prince but it's not necessary, you may want to consider going without or running the brand or mace.

I also feel the raider is very much tacked on to the list without a purpose. It's not a cost efficient way of getting lascannons and havocs would serve you better. I presume the chosen were intended to ride it but I think that would be a waste given the chosen are not a credible assault threat. I think you would be much better off dumping the raider, taking a rhino for the chosen and using the points to increase your assault threats or firebase, lascannon havoc, helldrakes, mauler fiends, spawn, Daemon fast attack and grinders all come to mind.

The role of the land raider is to make use of the death of last lutein legacy. 4hp gets me 4 rerolls,.it's also decent survivable and blocks los to the Prince and fatey.

OK here's another go- fit into 1750 this time.

A hellbrute surrounded by helcult forms the summoning hub around the bastion, he'd be on the roof, with a 3+ cover from surrounding cultists, and I think the void is worth it, as its so much more fragile. He gets 3 rerolls for casting, which is less than the raider, and he's more likely to die from a messed up cast... but oh well. Bastion gives a LOS blocker to help turn one. Another fearless unit of cultists allows for limited bubble wrapping.

The rest is fairly straightforward, screamer star does its this, tzeentch flyers zap stuff and as much summoning as possible fills out the cracks.

ok.. I mean those lists relied upon superior FMCs and had no summoning option. The changes to swooping make the circus style less effective unless it brings something else to make up for it. I'm spitballing summoning ideas.
