I... actually don't know. Help?

Does anyone know of any prayers that marines, Bolter es and Guardsmen can use? I know of the whole we are his SPESS MAHREENS thing, but are there any more that are canon?

Eh, I know a few for the guards, thanks to the most accurate and useful book of Imperium and thus, the Galaxy - the Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer:

Spoiler:

A small selection of the prayers are:
Incantation against Bombardment
To be recited when suffering artillery assault:
Grant me stillness and serenity as my enemies pound and howl.

Litany to Duty
To be recited when performing arduous task:
Give me the strength to carry my duty through, and smite those who seek to thwart me.

Incantation of Battle
To be shouted and repeated during combat:
Smite the foe! Smash the enemy!
For the Emperor we bring death!

Litany of the Lasgun
To be recited before firing your weapon:
Bringer of death, speak your name.
For you are my life, and the foe's death.

Litany of Smiting
To be voiced before firing a projectile weapon, and repeated until the missile finds its target.
Holy Emperor, deliver us from the Darkness of the Void, guide my weapon in Your service.

Litany of Unjamming
To be recited when clearing a jammed weapon:
Spirits of the Machine-God, aid your servant and free his weapon so he may use it to break his foes.

Now for some (no really battle-centric) added bonuses:
Spoiler:

Litany of Cleanliness
To be recited when cleaning your lasgun:
Let my hand wipe the grime from your perfect form,
May you purify with your bolts of light

Canticle of Appeasement
To be recited to the Machine Spirits when stripping a weapon:
Be still, spirits,
I do what I must,
Forgive the intrusion,
And give me your trust.

Litany of Completion
To be recited when assembling your lasgun:
Spirits of the machine, accept my pleas,
And walk amidst the gun, and fire it true.

The Litany of Loading
To be recitred when loading your weapon:
Machine spirit, accept my gift,
Swallow the light, and spit out death.

The Litany of Unloading
To be recited when unloading your weapon:
Machine Spirit, forgive my actions,
Soon you shall be whole again.

Edit: All of the above quotes come from the section titled "Benedictions of the Emperor, Inspiration Source and Uplifting Creeds for all Infantrymen", which is fashioned like a sort of appendix & compendium section of the handbook.

Many are like the Fede Imperialis. It's supposed to be the «national» anthem of the Imperium. the «theme song» of the Adpetas Sororitas and the pledge of alligence. But, we will probably never know what are the words (or music). In fact, it's probably in High Gothic, so almost no one in the Imperium understand the words.

Actually, we do have the words to the Fede Imperialis, or at least part of it. It was printed in the second edition Sister of Battle codex.

Spoiler:
"A spiritu dominatus,
Domine, libra nos,
From the lighting and the tempest,
Our Emperor, deliver us.

From plague, deceit, temptation and war,
Our Emperor, deliver us,
From the scourge of the Kraken,
Our Emperor, Deliver us.

From the blashpemy of the Fallen,
Our Emperor, deliver us,
From the begetting of daemons,
Our Emperor, deliver us,
From the curse of the mutant,
Our Emperor, deliver us,
A morte perpetua,
Domine, libra nos.

That thou wouldst bring them only death,
That thou shouldst spare none,
That thou shouldst pardon none,
We beseech thee, destroy them."

- Invocation of the Fede Imperialis, commonly known as the battle-prayer of the Adepta Sororitas

Also contained are a load of quotes from various Imperial scripture.
Spoiler:

"A single man with faith can triumph over a legion of the faithless. Untold billions of the faithful can never be opposed." - The Sermons of Sebastian Thor, Vol. XI. Ch. IV

"One man can start a landslide with the casting of a single pebble." - The Legend of Thor from the 'Age of Apostasy' by Ecclesiarch Deacis IX

"The Emperor is our Father and our Guardian, but we must also guard the Emperor." - The Sermons of Sebastian Thor, Vol. XVI, Ch. I

"I will steal from the plate of decadece to feed the mouths of the powerless." - The Sermons of Sebastian Thor, Vol XIV, Ch. XXXVIII

"I tread the path of Righteousness. Though it be paved with broken glass, I will walk it barefoot; though it cross rivers of fire, I will pass over them; though it wanders wide, the light of the Emperor guides my step." - Confessor Dolan of Chiros - Sermon on the Road to Gathalamor

"The strength of the Emperor is Humanity, and the strength of Humanity is the Emperor. If one turns from the other we shall all become the Lost and the Damned." - - The Sermons of Sebastian Thor, Vol XXVII, Ch. LXII

"Prayer may cleanse the soul, but pain cleanses the body. Both are necessary for the survival of humanity." - Confessor Ganinimus

"That time I only loaded the cannon with powder. Next time, I will fill it with jewels and diamonds and they will cut you to shrebbons!" - Nogbad the Bad.

we also have several of the Mechanicus' prayers:
The Catechism of the Autoculus of Mars wrote:Toll the Great Bell Once!

Pull the Lever forward to engage the

Piston and Pump...

Toll the Great Bell Twice!

With push of Button fire the Engine

And spark Turbine into life...

Toll the Great Bell Thrice!

Sing Praise to the

God of All Machines

The Prima Incubatorta wrote:The will of the Emperor is done.

As the blood of the slain is laid upon you so may you lay the enemy’s blood at the feet of the Emperor.

Lay blood at the Emperor's feet.

As the rune of protection is inscribed upon you so may the litanies of protection ward your soul.

May your soul be guarded from impurity as the warriors within you guide your weapons, may you in your turn, guide their lives.

Stand true against the trials of war.

And in musical form:

"Before the Emperor I have sined
Beyond forgiveness
Beyond forbearance
Beyond mercy

We turn our backs upon you
We cast off your armour and
your arms

I leave this company of
my own free will
And by my will shall I return
I shall seek the
Emperor's forgiveness
In the darkes places of the night

When forgiveness is yours, we
shall welcome you back
Until such time you are
nameless to us
