Recently saw something and had a question. A guy charged a unit with three bikes and lost one during the Overwatch phase, dropping him below 75% in one phase. Would he take a Leadership test for 25% or more of the unit dying? If so, when?

"There is an exception: units that lose 25% or more of their current models in the Assault phase do not take a Morale check."

No, he wouldn't take the test.

Another example is no he would not need to test because overwatch is not a phase. It is a step in the assault process in the assault phase. And as you know leadership test are done at the end of current phase.

Armies:
The Iron Waagh: 10,000+ 8th Edition Tournament Record: 4-7-1
Salamanders: 5,000 8th Edition Tournament Record: 4-2
Ultramarines: 4,000
Armored Battle Company (DKoK): 4000
Elysians: 500
Khorne Daemons: 2500
